About

Why I Started This Blog

In today’s world, crime is everywhere – in the news, in movies and in countless TV series. But our understanding of how crime is actually solved often comes more from fiction than reality.

I started tugkanyunus.com as a law student with a personal interest in criminal law, forensic science and justice. Through this blog I aim to explore questions such as: How reliable is forensic evidence? What causes wrongful convictions? How do courts handle complex criminal cases?

As a current law student, I believe that both forensic science and the criminal justice system deserve critical and rigorous scrutiny. The “CSI effect” has shaped public perceptions, but real-life court processes are far more nuanced and often flawed.

Here I will analyze cases, examine forensic techniques, and reflect on how we can strive for a fairer legal system. Whether you are a law student, a legal professional, or simply curious about crime and justice, I hope this blog offers you valuable insights.

Welcome to tugkanyunus.com.
Let’s discover the truth behind the evidence.
